VODACOM OR RAM COLLECION SUSPECTED *****

I upgraded to labtop recievd by RAM 27th July Vodacom agreed to accept return as lab top was very slow,and will assist with faster speed one As I write exams october on a labtop and new upgrade needs to be done in ASAP ....Vodacom contacted RAM to collect.Then RAM call me on 10the at 1. 45pm on my upgrade line cell *** and collected the labtop at my address My mom of 81 years old gave he RAMguy the labtop ..The afternoon RAM came again 2nd time to the house ,NOW IT SEEMS if ********* collected the labtop earlier on ,I haven't heard anything yet from Vodacom neither RAM Could someone please contact and investigate this matter I have been with vodacom many years and I NEED labtop urgently my Cell *** DA GOUWS
