Vodacom or more like vodaNOCOMMS!

<p>To whomever it may concern </p> <p> </p> <p>I write this complaint with much irritation and hopelessness. There have been countless complaints logged to Vodacom from our area - wartburg, dalton, new hanover, fawnleas etc. And still nothing has been done. In a farming area, we rely heavily on cellphones due to the fact that our landlines have all been ******. It is of vital importance for safety above anything...and yet you can't deliver. </p> <p> </p> <p>Signal comes and goes, we can't call out or receive calls or they are dropped. The frustration is driving many people who have been loyal customers for years to look for alternative options as a means of communication. MTN and CELL C are looking very appealing at the moment.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's a topic of discussion wherever you go so I would suggest improving your service before you lose a whole farming community as your loyal customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards </p> <p>Tanya Holley </p>
