vodacom OPT OUT options just for show!!!
Why am I still getting promotion sms's etc and calls when I have opted out of ALL marketing surveys, rewards, promotipons, taylormade packages, 3rd party offers etc etc!!!?????

27 Nov 2020, 07:26Hello, please could you contact me on the email you have on record for my account as I have probably blocked your call centre number and never answer 031, 010 and 087 numbers as the harassment from telemarketers including Vodacom and robocalls have become unbearable. Alternatively the agent can send me an sms just before the call so I know its them. Before you claim that in that case I cannot be helped - consider this - Your systems and strategy are part of the mess so you should make some effort to clean it up so people will have more confidence in answering a call without being pushed into a sales call.
