Vodacom operators are useless
<p>Calling customer service you should be helped as fast and as professional as possible.please educate your operators because the person I just spoke to clearly don't have an idea how to handle a problem and I don't even think that she knows she works for you.keeping a person on hold for 20 minutes I suppose is all part of being professional.</p>
