Vodacom opening data requests on contract phones without the owners consent

i have a contract phone for my daughter. Last year my daughter requested lots of data and vodacom gave her without even asking me why are you requesting data every day incase its *****. I called vodacom when i saw a huge bill thats when they told me about data requests. I told them the phone is used by my daughter so they must lock such requests. To my knowledge the phone is locked for such. Then on saturday i received 2495.95 instead of 400 and something. When i call i was told about data requests again and i told them according to my knowlegde the phone is locked for such. The agent told me that its open. Apparantly it was opened last year when the phone had network issues. But i told the agent them to fix network problem not open data requests to go through. Meaning the said agent while sorting that opened the other stuff i didnt ask for. I have been told that they will investigate but i know for sure i didnt say they must not open that request. I told them to listen to my conversation with the agent. Im still waiting for their feedback though i doubt they will refund me.

Reviewer Update
After Vodacom saw this review, one of their call centre agents called and promised that they will listen to the recording to confirm if i didn't tell them to open this service and if i didn't they will do something. Then they called after listening it and confirmed that the line was opened by the agent who was helping me so they will refund me the money it usually takes 7-14 working days to reflect. And they will call me before they do the transaction. Yesterday some lady from vodacom and started by asking me my daughters age, i told her she is 10 then she said don't you think she is too young to own a phone at that young age i said i had reasons why she has one and gave her my reasons though i didn't have to. Forgetting that if it wasn't for my daughter, they wouldn't have the 3 year contract me. Sometime if the company did wrong it must just accept and do the right thing. Then she said they can't refund me instead they can give me discount. I was so ****ed off again, why did they allow the first agent to tell me they will do a refund then change the story later. I somehow feel Vodacom doesn't respect its African call centre agents and their bosses at all bcos they make them do some decisions then whites come and changes the decision made. They make them look bad to us customers. And i wouldn't be surprised that they deducted the amount from the poor agent's salary while they refused to refund me. So I'm still saying vodacom is a ****
