Vodacom opening contracts without my consent.

Vodacom why the F*** do you give me a fibre contract without my consent. A week or two ago a lady from Vodacom called me trying to sell me fibre and she said she’ll send me an email with all the information and that I can call them if I want to proceed. I never received that email thus I never approved the order. Now why am i getting SMS’s saying my order is approved???? Please fix this and stop the order!! Heres your order number: SO***
