Vodacom opening accounts *******ly

Someone took out a Vodacom contract in my name. They’ve been debuting my account. Two months ago I went to a Vodacom shop, I produced an affidavit and received a reference number. Since then I get regular calls from their call center asking for me to provide them with my personal details to verify the account I don’t have. When I refuse they simply put the phone down on me. What sort of people are Vodacom hiring? What sort of ethos does this company have? Why is this case not resolved? Why has no one with a decent bone in their body called me to apologise for allowing someone to open an account WITHOUT THE NECESSARY FICA DOCUMENTS?’ This is an inside job and still you harass me every week. Utterly despicable.
