Vodacom only try once to give a contract

I app**** online for a contract and vodacom did not approve me, but I had a contract with them which ended a few months ago. They didn't even want to give me a reason for the declined application.<br> <br> The call centre then told me to go to a vodacom shop and they will be able to give me a contract. I went to the shop and they then told me that I cannot apply for a contract for the next 60 days. I am not very happy with this because the call centre told me I will can re-apply at the shop.<br> <br> They just wasted my money and time and I need a cellphone urgently due to business travelling.
