VODACOM ONLY CARES ABOUT NEW CUSTOMERS AND HATES SORTING ISSUES WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!

I was changing banks from FNB bank to Capitec. I had a debit order running from my FNB account. When i changed banks i phoned vodacom and requested that i be the one who does a cash deposit into the vodacom(pty) ltd account. The consultant i spoke to told me the account can only be a cash payment if its under collection category. I told her its fine, so as long as i am going to be allowed to make manual payments into their bank approved account.

She confirmed to have my account moved to the collection category of their accounts. I have been processing those manual payments to date, and have never missed a payment.

I lost the device i was using. Then when i pitched at a vodacom shop in South Gate, they told me i cannot do a sim swop since my account is under collection. I clarified to them that i voluntarily done that due the fact stated above.

They said we should phone vodacom accounts department to ask them to put it back to normal accounts, so we gonna do a sim-swop. The vodacom accounts department claimed i have missed some payments, of which when we check in the account record, there's no missed payment. It was just their fault not to cancel the debit order against a bank account that is no longer in use.

As a result, they charged "unnecessary" penalty fees against my vodacom account for bounced-back debit orders. I queried that issue and was even willing to print and submit my bank statement (the bank from which i do scheduled payments, which are done on time).

They seem to understand as the payments for all months were reflecting. They logged a dispute to their accounts department. Till to date i have been going up and down that vodacom shop getting the very same news that my account is in arrears. For which month? No valid or genuine answer as all payments are reflecting in their records.

Now i am sitting here paying a device, data and airtime which i am not using for almost a year now.

I need hellopeter to help me recover all my lost data bundles, airtime without any limitations by the "craze" vodacom drama. All they threatening to do is black-list me if i quit the account and never pay them any-longer. But i cannot afford to pay for what i am not using.

Hi, I am still awaiting your correspondence and you are quite, but having guts to debit my account. And just note that i want all my data bundles and airtime from the time i stopped using them, because the reason why i am not accessing them its your recklessness.

Vodacom has recently taken my accounts to its legal department defaming my name. You have not yet responded to the queries above, but yet brave enough to ruin my credit profile while you at fault and can't prove me wrong. Last year i sent you all bank statements showing my timely payments to the account , but still you doing this *******. Vodacom does not care about an individual customer, hence they are still enjoying tenders...fvcken tenderpreneurs.
