vodacom online website for cellphone contracts
hello worst customer service at vodacom . i have app**** for a cellphone contract weeks ago online and i was call by an agent to complete everything and have memtion to me my application is under credit vetting review and i will recieve a call back for the approval and its been weeks now i have not recieved a call . they have taken my banking details but yet nothing has been done. tried to get hold of them but we will be on long hold with the agents worst customer service i have ever got.
