Vodacom Online - Useless Service Awards 2016

<p>It is without much surprise that Vodacom has once again managed to live up to its famed status of not only being a ********** service provider, but that they take no shame in employing the most *********** people they could possibly find.</p> <p> </p> <p>After placing an order online with Nkululeko at Vodacom - for a new line and phone - additional to my current line, I've experienced nothing but terrible service.</p> <p> </p> <p>To cut a long story short, and sparing the general public the agony of reading through reviews of 7 horrid consultants at vodacom online, the eventual delivery attempt of my order today, 19 December, was my end.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trusty Nkululeko, at Vodacom online, informed me in as many words that because I won't be at home during the time that RAM Couriers will be delivering my order I can write a letter and nominate a proxy to accept my order on my behalf as long as a copy of my ID, Proxy ID and Letter is handed to RAM Couriers. RAM Couriers said that they cannot accept it - jumped in their truck and sped off.</p> <p> </p> <p>After contacting VODACOM, I am now informed that it is no longer their problem and that I will have to sort it out with Ram Couriers.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, Well done VODACOM! You've yet again proven to be absolutely useless. Although, all credit can not go to your company in its entirety - Nkululeko (Who's apparently still on lunch since 13 December) HAS to be acknowledged.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please take the time in 2017 to fix your business and perhaps get your employees the training they so desperately require!</p>
