VODACOM ONLINE USELESS
Vodacom Online Centre - from the agents to the manager/supervisor, their word is not their honour. Promises to call back, to process the documents, etc. never saw the light. Took more than a month to get my issue sorted. What took them more than a month to do, Cell C did in under an hour.
