Vodacom online - Useless
Purchased contract phone online, they were quick to call me everyday to finalize the deal but it's been a week and I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered. According to the courier they did not receive the waybill to deliver the phone but according to vodacom the phone is on the way lol. Looks to me they lost it. After sales is poor as now I can't even get hold of any consultant or they say the person that did the sale will call me back but I'm still waiting. My advise: never buy your phone online @ vodacom - this will safe you your time and a lot of frustration.
