Vodacom Online upgrades

Vodacom Online should be closes, easy for them to upgrade numbers that is not used for years but try to get it fixed, The shop say, do it online ,online say go to shop if you want to hear the proof, Vodacom shop say we do not want to get involve with Vodacom online, they have to many problems with this daily. In the meantime we pay for 3 numbers that do not exist and I can't get a recorded copy on what they made there decision must go back to a Vodacom shop that is willing.
