Vodacom Online upgrade useless
I have just tried to do a online telephone upgrade, for safety reasons due to the virus and the fact that we do not have a Vodacom Shop in the town we live in. I want to Upgrade to a iPhone and add a apple watch as an accessory as advertised in their catalog. Now I was told that sorry we can't help you because you can't add an accessory online and will have to go into a shop to upgrade. How is that possible?? Why can they not do this??

14 Apr 2020, 11:13Please note that the call to the online upgrade center was prior to my review posted and that each time Vodac calls me no one answeres back and then Vodacom drops the call so please inform as to how I will get clarity to my query as I also can not email beacuse email queries are currently unavailable

14 Apr 2020, 12:07I have tried calling all the vodacom shops that is supposed to be open in the Freestate according to Vodacom's website and none of them are open so how am I supposed to upgrade?? My current phone broke so I have to use my wife's. Please advise
