Vodacom Online Upgrade Useless!!!

I'm Still struggles to get a Cellphone Upgrade that i had now forward through various channels(first Online then Vodashop than again Telephonic Upgrade services).

This whole frustrated ordeal are now almost taking two weeks.

BACKGROUND I currently have three contracts with Vodacom. One of these are eligible for an upgrade whereby i assume the online upgrade process will be less difficult as well as financial feasible taking in account the R150 i will be saving. I therefore on the 6 July decide to upgrade online which was noted with a email confirmation stating that a Agent will come back to me within 24 hours. This however was in vain. After doing a swim swap at one of the Vodashop in N1 City mall i decided to follow up as to regarding the Upgrade application. The consultant there then told me that he will be most kindly assist but then i need to take our the upgrade deal with them at a cost of R150. Unfortunately he did not have the phone in stock and inform me as soon as he was getting it he will let me know. This however never happens and I've called back the shop as I was not in Cape Town at that time.I was just bluntly inform that the deal for the Nokia 8 together with the Nokia 3310 was now longer on.

On the the same day on the 10th July 2018 I've called the Upgrade department just to make sure. I was welcomed by a very helpful Consultant who inform me that the Consultant at the shop was given me misleading information as the deal still stands. She process the order for me on the 10 July and told me to wait 3 to 10 days for delivery.

Today hover i followed up with the Call Center and was just bluntly inform that i needs to wait for confirmation department.

This is a really frustrating and discouraging ordeal for a client who are with Vodacom for some time now.

I felt extremely frustrated at this point and think of not ever upgrade any more of my contracts with Vodacom if my contract nearing their end date.

Surely Vodacom are not concern as to making money by putting their loyal customers first.
