Vodacom: Online Upgrade: No Stock!

So upgraded more than a week ago online, all smooth, to samsung S6 edge with Samsung S2 watch, sudden sms's that state on backorder, no comms further, many, many calls later, still cant provide eta date, just state eta to be supp**** by supplier, cannot release my phone in the mean time, as they only work on one order for both watch and phone. What's the use by doing online, and not stating no stock etc? No ETA date can be provided, so I am paying for the much more monthly fee, much for more device costs, yet no phone and no watch!!!
