Vodacom Online upgrade is a ****
I tried to do a cellphone contract upgrade via Vodacoms online service. No one from vodacom contacted me and I did not receive the upgrade handset. When I now try to do an upgrade, vodacom say the upgrade is complete and that I will only qualify for an upgrade in 2 years time.
One would think there should be backup documentation that show I received and signed for this phone and yet Vodacom just says sorry I already upgraded.
