VODACOM ONLINE UPGRADE A NIGHTMARE.

DONT EVER USE VODACOMS ONLINE UPGRADE SERVICE. I have been trying to cancel my online upgrade request with vodacom and have been sent from one department to another. Everybody I speak to tells me that someone will call me to assist and nobody ever returns calls. Vodacom does not care about its customers. Customer service is dead in South Africa. Vodacom has joined this trend. All I want is someone to cancel my upgrade request. Is it that difficult to do? The online upgrade department gives the entire company a bad name.
