VODACOM ONLINE THEFT!!!!!

I preordered my Samsung S9+ from Vodacom Online and only received it more than a week after I was told that it would be delivered, and this was with me calling frequently to query. When I did receive the phone, it was not packaged very well with only one air packet which allowed it to move around in the box freely. There was a sticker that was ********** the plastic wrapping but I hadn't thought much of it. I placed my order for my Level U headphones and the wireless charger on the Samsung Rewards app and then I queried with Samsung where I would get the R500 gift voucher from and I was told that I had to take it up with Vodacom. When I called Vodacom online, they told me that the voucher was stuck on the outside of the box - the sticker that was mostly ********** the phone box. I was then told that I was not the first customer to report this and that they were investigating and collating a list of customers who experienced this issue and would be resolved. How long does this take?? If there are people who are packaging vodacom online orders and *****ing vouchers and not packaging the devices correctly, this is an internal investigation which does not have any impact on me. I just want my voucher!!!
