Vodacom Online System Sucks
Vodacom online system sucks. For 3 weeks I have tried to upgrade with every time they have a problem, please complete form to call us back. If I wanted to do it via phone why would I not just call. You offer online upgrade, but it never works.
I can't be expected to do it via phone or in shop. Maybe you still in dark ages where they work like that. Maybe I should move to a more advanced company.
I don't have time for calls or in shop.
