Vodacom online sucks

Terrible, Terrible - cancellations. Trying to cancel a number since yesterday. Then Vodacom will offer me another deal. The deal never came through on email. Now I phone to cancel - it can not be cancelled, because of the quote. Their calls get recorded so I said they must listen to the recording today (20/08 11:29) I DONT ACCEPT THE QUOTE. No that is not right they will phone me. I said I dont want to talk to anyone, I want to cancel this number. The lady was very rude (sorry I did not get her name), speaking while I was speaking.
