Vodacom online sucks
Be careful when you upgrade online. The delivery service is great and the upgrade package is delivered in two days. However a month later you receive the bill it is completely different on what you agreed upon. One month later and various phonecalls later the situation has not changed. Just go and lister to the original phonecall!!!!

04 Sept 2023, 14:04The following happened since last Thursday:
1. I got hold of both billing and the constultant that provided the upgrade service.
2. The consultant that rep**** on the Hello Peter review also called me on Thursday and undertook to call again today to see progress.
3. The problem with the overcharge is due to the discount on the packages not being loaded on the system.
The problem is again that it still is not resolved and monies have been deducted from my account and billing for the next month also contains the error. Still waiting in anticipation
