Vodacom Online Store should not be in business.

Bought a phone from their online store. Phone never arrived due to RAM Couriers' service. The phone was returned and it took several weeks to get a refund. You cannot phone the online store directly and when you email them, they never respond. I had to contact Vodacom Customer Care which then escalated the issue. Finally got a refund but will never purchase anything from Vodacom's Online Store.
