Vodacom online store is a ****

I used the vodacom online service to do an upgrade yesterday. I browsed through quite a number of deals and came across this deal; Huawei R218H Mobile Wifi White on 5GB Data Price Plan Top Up WITH (KEYWORD BEING THE WITH) + ACER ASPIRE ONE + KEYBOARD WIFI + EXTRA 5GB DATA BETWEEN MIDNIGHT + 5AM

Than right beneath the above in BIG BOLD LETTERS "PLUS ACER SWITCH 10V WINDOWS TAB WITH KEYBOARD FOR ONLY R399 PER MONTH"

I asked a few friends what do they understand by the above and their understanding is that with the router you get an ACER ASPIRE ONE PLUS ACER SWITCH 10V WINDOWS TAB WITH KEYBOARD

SO I proceed to upgrade to this contract and process it online fill in ny details and delivery address and all is done. Lo and behold when I complete the transaction as well as when I receive the confirmation email there is now a change in my order, 1) The ACER ASPIRE ONE is no longer part of the order, 2) The ACER SWITCH 10V WINDOWS TAB is now out of stock 3) The address I filled in has the street number missing, of which I double checked that the address is correct before finalizing the order.

My question to Vodacom is why you advertise something online and when the order is placed you change the order and also why if an item is out of stock you do not update the webpage advising subscribers it is out of stock.

I have a screen shot as well as the URL of the special online indicating that this comes with an ACER ASPIRE ONE & ACER SWITCH 10V WINDOWS TAB

Can this matter be attended to ASAP as I refuse to call your sales line on ********** 4 as not one person working there understands customer centricity You wont be able to call me on the number I have a contract with as it is a ROUTER / WIFI. USE THE MUMBER I REGISTERED WITH ON HELLOPETER
