Vodacom Online Store Failure

I ordered a tablet on the Vodacom online store for my wife for Xmas, on 19 December 2025, hoping for it to be in time for Xmas. Payment went through successfully. I have not received it to date, 18 Feb 2026. On my Vodacom online profile, I can see that the tablet was ordered, but it just says processing. I have not received any communication from Vodacom Tobi cannot assist The Vodacom stores gave me numbers to call, but no luck. Tried ChatGPT for answers, nothing worth mentioning. What must I do ?????????
