Vodacom online store does not work - very poor service
Trying to purchase a cellphone from Vodacom online shop. Their website does not work. It wont finailise payment. It has many bugs. Call centre cannot help, keep forwarding me to another call centre. Facebook and webchat had no advice and mostly just waste your time. Very poor systems in place.

25 May 2019, 13:57This matter was not resolved. Went to Vodaworld and was expected to wait 30 minutes to purchase a brand new phone for cash. The online store did not work, the Vodaworld experience was poor. Why should a person who simply wants to buy a phone for cash wait in the same line for service that people who are doing repairs and account queries are in? LG should reconsider how they sell phones in South Africa, as Vodacom is not an easy business to work with. By the way you cannot buy a phone from Vodacom online store if you dont have a Vodacom number. So silly. Too many hoops to jump through to buy a phone. Hello Amazon
