Vodacom online store

Hallo

I ordered a new Contract from The Vodcom online store. After I entered all my details I got a message wich said something like “congratulations, a Vodacom representative will call you shortly”. Cool....so I was waiting for about a week, never getting the call.

So I phoned the online store, and a very friendly lady helped me to set up a new application. She said “the system” is very slow but she will phone me back as soon as she sorted out everything. Still waiting for the call back...

Well its about 3 weeks now and still no phone.....

Maybe one should rather start thinking of getting another service provider?
