Vodacom online shop useless
Vodacom online sales - Purchased an item online. Wanted to check product details after I received incorrect description on confirmation e-mail. Phoned online sales to query - they could not help me as the item was not on account!!
not the first time we had issues with Vodacom online sales. No guarantee that you will receive what you ordered. Worst online shop!
Please note and do not use Vodacom online shop.

Although I have received the correct item purchased, there was no way through the online sales support channels to confirm the details of the item purchased. This should be addressed and online sales support should be taken to task. I also recomend an easier dispute resolution process. Thank you
