Vodacom online shocker

I have done an upgrade through Vodacom online in September 2016. 20gig data plus wifi router.

The router battery was faulty and after a call to Vodacom online a courier was send to pick up the faulty unit with the promise of delivering a new one when they have stock again.

This was 5 months ago. I have made at least 15 phone calls to Vodacom online. Every time they promise to resolve the matter or call back, but they never do.

I have dealt with supervisor Natalie and her superior Lennon. Between the two of them I was made several promises that they will call back, and or resolve my issue. Thus far nothing. The last time I spoke to Natalie was a week ago. She promised, again, that her superior Lennon will call me back. 7 days has passed without a call back.

5 months of this and I am fed up. I have also been paying for this router for the last 5 months without having received it!

I have been a Vodacom client for 15 years. I have 3 contracts with them which is worth almost R3000 per month. I have never in all these years defaulted on any payment and this is the service I get.

I am appalled that in this day and age a loyal customer receives this kind of service.

Regards

Donald Keys
