Vodacom online service sucks

I have ordered a phone on the 28th online and paid for it on the same day, up until today i have not received the phone and no update from them, tried on follow up on the online sales number ***4, the same site i used to order but they told me they don't deal with cash purchases and the redirect me to their robot TOBI who cant even do anything, I really don't know who to ask anymore as it seems like no one is working for Vodacom
