Vodacom online service portal is pathetic

I placed an order online for a new iPad. The order was confirmed, I was then told the device was out of stock. This was close to a month ago. I have been calling every Friday because that’s when I was told stock will be arriving. Yesterday I called the online call center to find out about the contract, I was told that the order was cancelled on 21 Nov. I had not cancelled the order and they couldn’t tell me why it was cancelled either. In addition to this, I have placed an order for a Black Friday special for a different device, I still have not been contacted to confirm the information. Pathetic service by Vodacom online
