Vodacom Online Service PATHETIC!!!!

Vodacom offers the online application, but can NOT supply the service!!

Have app**** for a package beginning of Jan, since my application NOBODY contacts me, I have to constantly contact a call centre and send out mails. Every day I receive a return mail, this is escalated, somebody will contact me. It NEVER HAPPENS!! I have received 1 call eventually end of last week, confirming all is in order and somebody will call me with delivery details in 1 hour. NOBODY CALLED.

Every day I mail them, same story.... Received a call Tuesday, to do final confirmation and suddenly he had to leave and will call me back same evening. NEVER HAPPENED!!

THIS IS THE WORST, PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
