VODACOM ONLINE SERVICE IS DESPICABLE AND DISHONEST!

I am Disgusted in the service that I have received from Vodacom online. I recently (3 months ago) upgraded my contract that I have had with Vodacom for the past 15 years, through Vodacom online. The consultant that I dealt with (Jared Govender), advised me of all the extras that I will receive with the package that I chose. I received my phones, but was meant to receive these extras as promised, but 3 months down the line (15/05/2018), and I have received Nothing, I have tried escalating it to Jareds supervisor, but she is just as useless, she does not even return my calls. I have then tried escalating this to the Manager @Vodacom online, Mr Craig. but he is to busy to take calls from the meaningless customer.

They also done a sim swop on my phone numbers without my permission, and are now billing me for this, even though I did not give my consent to a sim swap being done, then tell me that there is nothing they can do about reversing the charges for a sim swap.

Now if I dont make payment for this whole package, they are going to cut my lines, but how is it fair that I have to pay for this whole package, and only received half of what was promised.

I am absolutely disgusted in the service and lies I have had to deal with.
