Vodacom online service is a joke!!!!!Stay away

Vodacom has a ****TY online service..i have placed an order for a new contract online and each time I call i get told a different story..though my application was approved.one minute phone is out of stock.the next they have it stock and will be delivered in the next 3 days.then next it's not...Alton and Kefilwe were handling my online service to which they both were not truthful and took for a fool with different stories each time I called...my first application was cancelled without a reason....honestly what is the point of having an online service but can't help but do run around..your company is a joke....stay away from Vodacom and their online services!!!!!!!!!!
