Vodacom online sales is pathetic
Ordered a Proline Notebook online for my son for school, R199 x 36 months. No product key came with the notebook so we are unable to use Windows. Vodacom says i must contact Microsoft and Microdoft is requesting the product key which i should have received with the Proline. Vodacom is ***********, I spoke to so many people at Vodacom online and some did not even know what i was talking about. How is tgat even possible working for Vodacom.
