Vodacom online sales horror

Vodacom online sales has to be easy and fast however i have waited for someone to call me for order confrimation but with no joy... online sales has a Londeka as a consulatant who is not willing to assist, she is rude , she speaks fast..on sat i called for assistance she transfered me to Customer care to call avoid and today when i asked to speak to a team leader she transfered me after sales when i had just been transfered from that departement. I am unhappy with the service i have received , i ordered my phone on the 30th but to date i have not been called for confirmation and was expecting the phone before next week.
