Vodacom online sales department is rude

I am waiting for my online delivery since monday and i have no luck in contacting the courier services . I contacted vodacom sales department and received a very bad attitude from one of their consultant who even speaks zulu with me without even asking me if I understand zulu or not.now my parcel has been sent back to vodacom and seems like i have yet another week before i get my delivery.

Vodacom must look at online order collection at their stores as the skynet courier services is not working for their customers at all.
