Vodacom online sale

Vodacom online sales I took a contract with them two weeks ago the lady that helped me with the applications said I should wait for validation call from one of their agents and on last week monday a gentleman call and asked for more details of which I gave him and he even offered me cellphone insurance and told me I should wait for deliver on Wednesday.. but he never gave me a tracking number or anything. On Thursday morning I call the sales department to find out why was the phone not delivered the lady couldn't give me proper answers and I called again on friday the gentleman that was helping me was very helpful and told me my order is still waiting for validation and he sent an enquiry hai email to the lady in charge of the validation process but I haven't heard anything from them the worse part I've already turned down mnt and telkom .
