Vodacom online router purchase

Purchased an Alcatel router on a x36 contract for 500gb pm, i was told to wait 24hrs - 48hrs to have network and connection. it's been over 48hrs and there is still no network.

when i call the online service now they are saying i have called too many times and therefore my number is blocked, what nonsense is that???

I've waited to the product to deliver over 5days, that's fine... now that i have the product i must still wait for another week to start using it??? come on.
