Vodacom online *********** my salary

I signed my contract home router online, after it was delivered in Manguzi it only worked 3 days and stopped, device was not carging at all. I had to drive all the way to durban to find vodacom online shop becase when i called them, the machine answered by saying i have called them several times.

Even now no communication what so ever, i now have to buy data yet im paying for contract data. Vodacom online you are ripping of my babies food. I need that router or cansel my contract... What is the use of buying online if it hard to get hold of you.
