Vodacom online return
I bought a tablet online for cash on the 14 March 2025 and was delivered on the 17 March 2025 order number ***. The tablet is smaller than I thought and I would like to return for refund or exchange. I have been trying but keep getting the run around from Vodacom, being referred from one department to another. Customer service online said I should email ***, but haven’t gotten any response. The call centre told me I have 14 days to return the tablet. Not sure how to proceed. Please urgently assist.
