Vodacom Online Representative misinformation

I was called recently by a Vodacom representative who advised me that as my contract had expired that she could now secure me a lower rate on a month to month basis. Today I reviewed my Vodacom account online only to find that she had extended all my contracts to 2022. I go on pension May 2020 and will not be able to afford keeping the contract alive. I regret ever having a Vodacom Contract and in my entire lifetime will never do business with Vodacom again.
