Vodacom Online quote turned to a nightmare

Don’t request quotes online. A lady called me on Friday , she kept putting me on hold until she cut off. Now when I’m going to the store to apply for a contract they can’t process it because her quotation is pending. Now I’ve requested for it to be cancelled but now she is out of office until the 5th of February. I don’t advise anyone to buy phone at vodacom online as they leave you hanging , I’m the one running around trying to have this escalated and sorted out.
