Vodacom online purchase nightmare

I have bought an Iphone 12 online 2 weeks ago and it hasnt been delivered. I tried contacting Vodacom after sales and they told me that the phone is been sent to couries until today i havent received my phone. They transferred me to skynet and the lady by the name zandile was very rude and didnt even finish the call and just hanged up. the whole point of buying online is to have a hassle free purchase but this has been a nightmare.
