Vodacom online packages

Please don't ever take out a contract with Vodacom online services(elite mobile)! You would really get much more value for money if you just go into the store as what I've experienced now is the products/contracts online versus in-store packages/deals are separate entities. I submitted a review here on hellopeter as well two weeks back as my device was already booked in for repairs within the first month of my contract, Vodacom would not replace the device as it goes against their policies and I was sent back and fourth regarding who can assist as it was an online purchase. Upon going into the vodacom store, I discovered that the exact same deal I took out had a watch which could be offered for an additional R69/month to the contract. This option was not even mentioned to me buy the elite mobile consultant as apparently this is only in-store deals and not for online customers. Long story short, I was unable to add this extra to my contract, and therefore just trying to advise the next person, don't be fooled by Vodacom online services(elite mobile) as they claim they form part of vodacom but unfortunately everything is handled separately and Vodacom employees don't really assist much if it is an online purchase, all they do is offer you the online contact number for you to do your own enquiries!! This was my first and last time I would ever take out a contract online as I've been a vodacom customer for the past 14years already, in fact, this might be my last contract with vodacom as I honestly hated their services this tim
