Vodacom Online order Horrible service

I never thought I would have to write something bad about Vodacom but their service is very terrible. I made an online order on the 23rd of Nov received an SMS confirming the order has been placed and received by Vodacom and it will be dispatched soon with a Ref number. Since then I quietly waited for their communication but none at all. Called Vodacom and I was told to call Ram I have been calling Ram Calls and E-mails but now all of a sudden the package has been taken back to Vodacom without any communication from both companies about what is happening. I have to call them again to confirm what they should have told me. I'm highly disgusted by their service and looking to cancel all contact I have with Vodacom. thanks for nothing. i don't recommend anyone to Use Vodacom or RAM.
