Vodacom Online order delivered

I'd just like to give feedback regarding my online order for a contract phone with Vodacom. I have received the Huawei P30 Pro, it is perfect, sealed and in great working condition. It took 6 working days to be delivered when the internet states next day delivery and the call center agents state 2-3 working days. I am very pleased with the assistance I received from the Facebook Vodacom crew. Especially Bianca for always replying promptly and actually escalating my matter as promised and always ensuring feedback was given. Thank you so much. I am a happy customer but I hope Vodacom will train their call center staff so they can at least explain their processes the same way and not make up stories as they go along and train them a bit more in systems.
