Vodacom Online not honoring orders
I am with Vodacom for 15 years and have 4 contracts. I upgraded my contract online on Saturday with no problem but recieved a SMS on Monday they do not have stock. No one gets back to you and I don't have a number to contact.
I went to the store. The consultant laughed and told me Vodacom will keep me on hold and not honor the request since its a better offer online. I have to take the offer in store. I hope this is not true. Getting annoyed with the poor communication. Please help

I was contacted by a very irate person named Lance Gurling.
He asked me If I received the message saying there is no stock.
I said yes and he rep**** "Whats your problem then". He told me to cancel my order since there is no Red phones.
I told him its unacceptable and I will escalate it.
He then phoned me back and said the phones is available in Mint and Lavender but he cant help to change it. He gave me a number for online *** and said I must speak to them.
Please take care he is rude and hurting your business.
I then Phoned the number and spoke to a Sherilyn who gave me the best service ever helped to change the colour to Lavender(Sjoe).
Hope I now receive the phone and that an angel changed the color to anything more manly than lavender.
