Vodacom Online next day delivery LIES

Hi ,<br> I orders a phone yesterday (09-12-2***4<br> Richard from Vodacom phone me to confirm my order.<br> I advised Richard that vodacom online states next day delivery and I want my package delivered tomorrow (10-12-2015) Richard has confirmed that I will receive my phone the next day (10-12-2015) my phone has still not arrived! when I phoned RAM they said that my phone will be arriving tomorrow (11-12-2015)<br> when i wanted to cancel my order to go to a vodacom store they said I can not!<br> Why is online ordering so useless?! this is the second time that I have used this option and have been dissipated again. they have advertise next day delivery and are opening themselves up for a law suit for false adverting!<br> I have never experienced such useless servers in my life.<br> <br> the people at Vodacom after sales , cancellation and customer care were unsympathetic and unhelpful regarding my requests and queries. they have not rep**** to any of my requests or complaints
